PBOC, CBIRC Finalise D-SIBs Assessment Framework

ICBC, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, and China Construction Bank will automatically be included in the D-SIBs list, as they are already classified as G-SIBs using the BCBS (Basel Committee on Banking Supervision) assessment methodology.
